Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Sump Pump Installation across Damascus because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Free, no-obligation estimates · Real warranties
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Damascus technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Damascus homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Damascus calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Damascus basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Damascus foundation wall right now.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Damascus customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Damascus homeowners connect to a basement problem.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Damascus crews handle most.
A flooded Damascus basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews pull the standing water and start drying the space the same visit.

Talk Drainage Options →Musty smell upstairs with no obvious source? Check the crawl space first — it's usually the culprit.

A real technician asks the right questions to understand what's likely happening at your Damascus property before anyone drives out.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every Damascus horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
Our major repairs come with written, transferable warranties — useful if you sell the Damascus property later.
We'd rather earn a repeat Damascus customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Damascus customers through this process many times.
Word of mouth is still how most Damascus customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
